Napier adventure

We recently spent a weekend in Napier, staying with Sarah's cousin Emily. Iris' Auntie Kate came with us and we all had a lovely time - the weather was fantastic and it was a great chance to catch up and chill out. Playing with Kate.

Birthday girl!

We celebrated Iris' first birthday on Saturday 17th June. We had a full house of family and friends and Iris was spoilt rotten with lovely toys and books. Special thanks go to our friend, Amanda, who made the wonderful mid-winter cake. Briana, Shirley and Hayley.

On holiday

We spent the first week of May staying in Whitianga and exploring the Coromadel Peninsula. Despite heavy rain warnings and flooding in parts of the peninsula, we enjoyed great weather and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Iris enjoyed the Driving Creek Railway, had a great time at Hot Water Beach and enjoyed playing in the sand at Lonely Bay, near Cooks Beach.
