Party girl

Phoebe's first birthday party was brought to you by the letter 'P' - we had p=themed food (pizza, peanuts, pineapple, papaya, pretzels etc), drink (pinot noir, pilsener, pale ale and the all-encompassing "plonk") and games. Guests got into the spirit of things - we were joined by Peter Pan, a Parisienne, a professional, Granmarg resplendent in purple, Briana as a princess, Hayley in pink and so on. Phoebe, of course, came as her self and was the star of the show.

A fresh-out-of-bed-little-bit-shy Phoebe with her Campbell great aunts, Shirley on the left and Audrey on the right.
Kate and Lou won the prize for the best costumes...

Alastair's brother, Bruce.

Our "nearly" neighbours, Emma, Emmanuelli (dad) and Marcello (son) from one street over.
Time for presents and no shortage of helpers!

It's a serious business...

THE CAKE!

Amanda outdid herself this time with a pyramid of passionfruit profiteroles. Mouthwatering and spectacular!

Happy Birthday Phoebe!

We celebrated Phoebe's first birthday on the 15th August by spending time with Granmarg and Grandad and enjoying the sun at home.

Taken the day before her birthday after a moment's inattention from Mum...

Spring came early.

One of Phoebe's presents was a "Worm" tunnel - made in CHina and obviously a CHinese worm as it has legs...

Getting the hang of the present-opening lark.

It's my birthday and I'll grin if I want to
